All adults who work or live in North-Rhine Westphalia (NRW) and who have already obtained educational and vocational qualifications abroad can make use of these services. This includes refugees regardless of their official residency status or nationality.
The consultation can take up to nine hours (one or more appointments). It is provided free of charge.
